Since 1990, P & T Landscaping has evolved into one of the largest and longest family-operated landscape companies in Southwest Florida. With decades of experience and over 65 full-time employees, we are physically and mechanically equipped to meet the needs of our customers. We are licensed, bonded, and insured for all spectrums of landscape and have over thirty years of municipal, utility, and government contracting experience.
We possess all required licenses and certifications to conduct business in Florida. We are committed to exceeding your expectations at all times. Our Management Team
Teena Zielinski
President/Owner
Teena handles all daily operations of the business including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, insurance, bidding, and employment screening. She has a long history of operations and customer service. Teena’s passion is assuring every client need is handled above and beyond expectations.
Peter Zielinski,
Vice President/Owner
Peter schedules crews, bids jobs, conduct fleet/equipment safety inspections and oversees all jobs to be certain each are performed to client satisfaction. He holds multiple certifications and licenses including Commercial Applicator License Cat 3,6 CM20022, Certified Arborist, Commercial Landscape License, LS08-00752, MOT Certification, BMP License, GV4469-1, and Irrigation Sprinkler Contractor License.
Robert Zielinski II
Executive Supervisor
Robert assists with scheduling, quality control, and site observation and implementation. He has earned multiple certifications and licenses including his BMP and MOT Certifications, Tier 1 Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination training, LTD Commercial Applicator license, and Commercial Applicator License.
Michael Murphy
Project Manager
Michael serves as an estimator, plant buyer, and nursery grower. He has an extensive background in landscaping and environmental construction. He recently served as project coordinator for Big Tree Inc. Prior to that, was the owner/operator of CMR Contracting and served in various positions at Barraco and Associates, Stevens and Layton, and Johnson Engineering.

Jessica Zielinski
Clerical Manager / Office Administrator
Jessica serves as a clerical manager where she oversees billing, payroll, and customer service. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University. She served as a registered nurse at Desoto Memorial Hospital and Lee Health. In addition to her registered nursing license, she earned her irrigation competency in Charlotte County and an irrigation sprinkler contractor license in Lee County and the City of Cape Coral.
